The client’s scope of work necessitated three interactive scenarios in one course where learners would pull the target knowledge and information by navigating through one or more interactive scenarios.

The elements included:
– information panels
– timelines
– video
– multi-modal knowledge checks

The course needed to be compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, including recording a voice-over, ensuring visual elements have sufficient contrast and that keyboard navigation was possible.

The client’s wanted to update their staff training, migrating from paper and classroom based in-person training to a blended model of online and hands-on training.
The training will include interactive courses in Articulate 360 with client-provided video and knowledge checks.
